Pastis Casanis 45º by La Martiniquaise is a classic French anise liqueur of Mediterranean style, designed for aperitifs and diluted consumption with water. It stands out for its intense aromatic profile of anise and herbs, with a refreshing and Mediterranean character that makes it very versatile on the terrace or in simple cocktails.
Color
Pale yellow tone that may remind of dry hay, clean and bright in the glass. When water is added, it becomes opalescent, with the characteristic milky effect typical of Mediterranean anise liqueurs, showing a visually dense and enveloping texture.
Nose
Dominant aromas of anise and sweet licorice, very clear and direct, accompanied by herbal hints reminiscent of fennel, Mediterranean herbs, and a light spiced touch. A balsamic and refreshing background is perceived, with a sensation of anise freshness and a sweet point that invites a sip.
Palate
Intense and warm entry, with a marked anise presence, with a well-defined sweetness that envelops the palate.
