About Pastis Ricard
Pastis Ricard is the quintessential French anise liqueur, produced by Pernod Ricard in Marseille and deeply linked to the Mediterranean aperitif culture. Color
Intense straw yellow with golden and greenish reflections, clear and bright in the glass. When water is added, it becomes opalescent, with the characteristic milky and cloudy effect typical of pastis, maintaining a dense and uniform appearance.
Nose
Clear dominance of anise and licorice, with a background of Mediterranean herbs like fennel and notes of dried aromatic plants. Hints of soft spices, balsamic touches, and a light memory of citrus peel appear, all wrapped in an intense and penetrating aromatic profile.
