New Hypnosis Rosé

At Wine Palace - Alregi we have just launched Hypnosis Rosé 2025, a new young rosé wine of our own brand with D.O. Penedès, made with the varieties garnacha, ull de llebre, and syrah.

We wanted to create a wine with a special personality, fresh, fruity, and seductive, that combines Mediterranean essence with an elegant and vibrant expression. Hypnosis Rosé is organic and 100% vegan, a result of our commitment to environmentally friendly production and the new sensitivities of consumers. We especially recommend it to pair with appetizers, salads, rice dishes, blue fish, and light dishes, although it is also perfect to enjoy alone at any time. It is a very versatile wine, ideal for sharing both at meals and in more informal moments. Perfect for summer gatherings, but also for any time of the year. You can already find it in the more than 30 establishments we have throughout Catalonia, where we present it alongside our usual selection of wines, cavas, and spirits.
