Osborne

The Osborne winery, founded in the 18th century in El Puerto de Santa María, is one of the historical references of the Marco de Jerez in southern Spain. It mainly works with Palomino Fino, Pedro Ximénez, and Moscatel, key varieties for the production of finos, olorosos, amontillados, and traditional sweet wines. The Atlantic climate, moderated by the westerly and easterly winds, and the albariza soils provide characteristic freshness and salinity to its wines.

True to the criaderas and soleras system, Osborne combines long oxidative and biological aging under a veil of flor, preserving classic methods while incorporating precise oenological control. This philosophy of balance between heritage and modern technique is also reflected in its Jerez brandies, where the selection of holandas and the use of seasoned casks define a complex style deeply tied to the identity of the Marco.
