It is a very versatile profile for pairing, ideal both as an aperitif and to accompany informal gastronomy.
Color
Bright raspberry pink, with slightly salmon reflections and a clean rim, conveying a sense of freshness and youth. The layer is medium, leaving an attractive play of flashes in the glass.
Nose
Aromas of fresh red fruit such as strawberry, raspberry, and pomegranate, accompanied by light cherry notes and a citrus nuance reminiscent of orange or pink grapefruit peel.
