Licor Aromas de Montserrat is a classic monastic digestive liqueur made by the Abbey of Montserrat in Catalonia, from a careful selection of herbs and botanicals. It is a traditional liqueur, aromatic and spiced, with a sweet and balsamic profile very characteristic of historical convent recipes. Ideal for tasting neat, with ice, or as an aromatic touch in herbal-inspired cocktails.

Color: Intense amber tone with golden reflections, clean and bright, reminiscent of concentrated herbal infusions and classic-cut liqueurs. Dense tears in the glass anticipate a viscous texture and certain glyceric weight.

Nose: Very expressive and herbal, with notes of Mediterranean herbs, bitter roots, and balsamic nuances evoking an old pharmacy. Memories of candied citrus peel, sweet spices, hints of honey, and a slightly resinous and aniseed background are appreciated, well integrated with a warm liqueur character.
