About Licor Passoa
Passoã is a passion fruit liqueur of tropical style produced by Rémy Cointreau, very oriented towards modern cocktails and fresh, fruity mixes. It stands out for its intensely aromatic, sweet, and exotic profile, ideal for adding passion fruit notes to cocktails and relaxed but well-defined aperitifs in nose and palate.
Color
Hue between straw and slightly orange, with bright reflections reminiscent of filtered tropical fruit juice. Clean, with a light appearance and marked tear in the glass, typical of a sweet profile liqueur.
Nose
Very direct aromas of ripe passion fruit, with notes of fresh pulp, tropical juice, and a citrus point reminiscent of orange and sweet grapefruit. Hints of complementary exotic fruits, such as mango and guava, over a slightly floral and sugary background that reinforces the tropical candy sensation are perceived.
Palate
Soft and clearly sweet entry, with an explosion of passion fruit flavor, juicy and enveloping. The natural acidity of the citrus profile balances the sweetness, preventing it from being cloying, and leaves an easy mouthfeel, with a silky texture. The finish is medium, with persistence of passion fruit, memories of fruit nectar, and a slight alcoholic touch that enhances the refreshing character when mixed in cocktails.
