Color
In the glass, when poured correctly, it presents two well-differentiated layers: a creamy and dense ivory upper stripe, and a darker base, mahogany-colored with coffee and chocolate reflections. When mixed, it offers a uniform beige, with a milky appearance and oily visual texture.
Nose
Intense aromas of freshly ground coffee and sweet cocoa, with memories of milk chocolate, soft caramel, and a hint of vanilla. The creamy part adds dairy notes, toffee, and a hint of whipped cream, while the dark component adds a background of mocha and a light memory of chocolate liqueur.
