Jerez Valdespino 1 L from Grupo Estévez is a classic Sherry wine that reflects the saline and expressive character of the Jerez region. The winery, with a long tradition in aging generous wines, offers an authentic and versatile style, ideal for both aperitifs and Andalusian cuisine.
Color: Straw yellow tone with golden reflections, clean and bright, typical of the finos from the Jerez region, leaving light tears in the glass that suggest a dry and agile profile.
Nose: Intense aromas of raw almond, bread dough, and yeast notes of flor, accompanied by saline touches and light memories of green olives, very characteristic of the finos from the port of Sanlúcar and Jerez.
Palate: Dry, very sharp, and fresh, with marked sapidity and a slightly bitter finish that recalls nuts and sea salt, making it an ideal wine to pair with seafood, Iberian ham, and traditional tapas from the area.

Grupo Estevez
The Estévez Group, based in Jerez de la Frontera, is part of the historic Marco de Jerez, in Andalusia. Its vineyards are situated on albariza soils, ideal for Palomino Fino, the base of its finos and manzanillas, complemented by Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel for sweeter wines. The Atlantic climate, with marine influence and westerly and easterly winds, favors a slow and balanced ripening of the grape.
The winery combines the traditional system of criaderas and soleras with rigorous enological control, respecting the long biological and oxidative aging in oak casks. Its philosophy focuses on expressing the purity of the Jerez terroir through dry, saline, and complex profile wines, alongside more concentrated and luscious productions that showcase the region's versatility.
