Color
Medium intensity ruby red, with garnet reflections on the edge that reveal its barrel aging and slight evolution. The clean and bright tone is typical of Rioja crianzas made mainly with indigenous red varieties.
Nose
Aromas of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry, combine with notes of vanilla, soft coconut, and light toasting from barrel aging. Sweet spicy nuances and a balsamic background, very characteristic of the classic style of the area, also appear.
Palate

The winery mainly works with Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano, Mencía, and Verdejo, as well as minority native varieties in each area. The winemaking combines spontaneous fermentations, measured use of new wood, and aging in fudres and concrete, aiming to produce deep, fine, and long-lasting wines that reflect the diversity of the Spanish vineyard.
