About Turbio
Turbio 0.75 L from Vinigalicia is a traditional Galician white wine, bottled with slight turbidity that respects the ancestral way of consumption in the area. It reflects the fresh and Atlantic character of Galician wines, with a production designed to accompany local gastronomy and enhance its most authentic profile.
Color
It presents a pale straw yellow tone with marked natural turbidity, typical of unfiltered bright wines. This slightly veiled appearance is characteristic of certain traditional Galician whites, which retain some of their fine lees in suspension, providing volume and visual personality.
Nose
Fresh and frank aromas, with notes of white fruit (apple, pear) and citrus hints reminiscent of lemon and lime, over a slightly herbaceous background. The Atlantic influence of Galicia provides a clean and lively aromatic sensation, with subtle salty and white flower memories that reinforce its regional character.
Palate
On the palate, it is light and refreshing, with lively acidity and agile passage, ideal for casual consumption and pairings with seafood cuisine. The slight presence of suspended lees provides a more enveloping texture and a juicy finish, in line with the direct and accessible style that characterizes many popular wines from Vinigalicia.

The Cellar
Vinigalicia
Vinigalicia is a Galician winery group with a presence in several denominations of origin in the northwest of Spain, including Ribeiro, Rías Baixas, Ribeira Sacra, and Valdeorras. It mainly works with native varieties such as Albariño, Godello, Treixadura, and Loureira for whites, as well as Mencía and Sousón for reds, seeking to express the Atlantic freshness and the diversity of granite and slate soils that characterize the region.
The philosophy of Vinigalicia focuses on respectful viticulture, with selected harvests and parcel-based vinifications that allow preserving the identity of each origin. It uses stainless steel tanks to enhance aromatic purity and, in certain wines, aging on fine lees or in wood to add complexity and structure, always maintaining a balanced profile with marked minerality.
