Color

Made primarily from grains such as corn, rye, and barley, it is distilled in high rectification columns to obtain a clean alcohol, which is then blended with more expressive rye whiskies. This combination results in a balanced profile, where the sweetness of the corn is nuanced by the spicy character of the rye and a silky texture on the palate.
Aging is done in oak barrels, often previously used, which favors gradual maturation without excessive tannin or aggressive woody notes. From this process arise aromas of light caramel, vanilla, toasted cereal, and a hint of yellow fruit, accompanied by nuances of soft spices.
