Color
Bright amber with golden reflections, clean and luminous, leaving a fine and slow tear in the glass that anticipates good oiliness.
Nose
Aromas of sweet malt and toasted cereal, accompanied by notes of honey, ripe fruits (apple, pear, a touch of stone fruit), and light hints of nuts. Herbaceous and green tea nuances are perceived, with a background of soft wood, discreet vanilla, and a very integrated smokiness, more in the form of mist and delicate peat than intense smoke.
Palate
Silky and enveloping entry, with good weight of malt and contained sweetness that recalls clear honey and light caramel. The development shows layers of juicy fruit, soft herbs, and a spiced point (white pepper, subtle nutmeg), accompanied by elegant peat that adds depth without dominating. Medium-long finish, balanced, with memories of cereal, soft nuts, and a clean and harmonious smoky echo.
